You’ll be guided through simple, yet effective practices and get the tools and tips to understand and expand your personal relationship with your womb, your hormones and your cycle.
Take the time to get to know yourself and deepen your relationship to your sacred womb space and improve your reproductive wellness. All women welcome (both those with a physical womb or purely energetic womb space).
