Join Sophie every Tuesday morning and ease your way into your body.

Regular movement in pregnancy not only alleviates aches and pains, it encourages circulation, reduces water retention, helps you drop into your para-sympathetic nervous system and aids postpartum recovery. Leaving space for plenty of free movement, this non-prescriptive class encourages you to feel into what your body needs, and tune into the information that is being offered up to you. In line with the same ethos Sophie teacher birth education, and her Doula support, no one knows your body or your baby better than nature itself. In this class you are given space to drop in and the time to listen.
