Join Sophie every Wednesday morning and move into your postpartum body.

Our postpartum body can often feel unfamiliar. Parenthood invites new movements and patterns that can create aches and imbalances. By strengthening from the inside out, building the relationship back up between our organs and muscles, and encouraging our body to work as one piece we can ease any discomfort while also building strength. In line with the same ethos Sophie teacher birth education, and her Doula support, no one knows your body or your baby better than nature itself. In this class you are given space to drop in and the time to listen. Babies welcome, suitable from 6 weeks post birth. Please email me if you have any questions.
