  • Pre + Post-natal Personal Training

    Who is it for?

    There are lots of myths and grey areas around training for what will essentially be your biggest physical challenge yet. Whether you are someone with a fitness background or completely new to exercise, training at this time is highly recommend. Exercise can help elevate pregnancy aches, build stamina for birth and aid recovery to make you strong to handle whatever motherhood throws at you.

    How does it work?

    These sessions are with Pre and Post-natal specialist Caroline Bragg. Caroline will come to your house or a nearby outside area armed with a full kit of not-scary fitness equipment and 10 years of knowledge. If you are postnatal she can work around naps or baby can come along too! Caroline focuses on strength training and core rehabilitation. All sessions are booked in blocks of ten as we’re in it for the long game.

    How much does it cost?

    £550 for a block of ten 60 min sessions.

  • Yoga Inspired Movement

    Who is it for?

    The flux and flow of hormones has an affect on our bodies throughout each month, energy levels and how your body feels can change from day to day whether you are pregnant, postnatal or neither. This is for you if you want to discover ways to connect and respond to the information you body is giving you. 

    How does it work?

    We will start with a brief history of your physical & emotional journey, and what you’d like to get out of the session. You’ll then be guided through a movement practice with roots in yoga and conscious breath-work to encourage you to relax, enjoy your body and start to find ways to drop in and connect to your breath & energetic bodies. 

    How much does it cost

    Initial session £95 for 75 mins
    Follow up sessions £80 for 60 mins
