Who is this for?
Becoming pregnant brings a world of questions, choices and changes. It can be overwhelming and equally exciting. This course is ideal for you if you want to feel calm and clear about your pregnancy, and if you are looking for progressive, evidence-based information so you can make educated decisions regarding your birth plan. If you are unsure where to start with birth plans, multi-vits and what’s going on physically, this is for you and your chosen birthing partner.
How does it work?
We believe that being informed will bring a sense of calm and ease into the motherhood transition, and in order to be fully supported, we need to address the whole. Our four-week programme is designed to clearly lay out the changes and choices you will navigate throughout pregnancy, into labour and the fourth trimester. We have teamed with Jodie Abrahams Nutrition and Caroline Bragg PT to help prepare you from every angle. Evidence-based information, weekly take-homes– from meditations to movement and rehabilitation exercises, nutrition advice to support you through pregnancy, labour – and some golden nuggets to carry you through those early days of finding your feet.
