For all my pregnant people who are self isolating at the moment, here’s a 20 min flow for you. I’ve focused on some Pelvic Floor activation, activating your glutes and creating space on the side body so you can breathe freely as baby starts to take up more space!
This is suitable for all trimesters (& postnatal) take it as slowly as feels right for you, put on some good tunes and find your breath. I’ve used blocks & a bolster but you can sub for books and cushions.
- always allow free flowing breath, nose or mouth, whichever is most comfortable for you.
- if you have any joint pain, move away from that posture.
- go to 60% of your flexibility, don’t be relaxing into yourself relaxin joints.
